How to use our reading pen?

You simply turn on the Reading Pen and activate the book of your choice by clicking on the Spanish Kids Corner logo.
It will read out loud the illustrations, written text and characters in the books. Please also read our manual for instructions.

What if I want to make a group order for my class or learning centre?

Bulk order/ club/ preschool/ program: group order.
We provide group orders with discounts, please contact us info@spanishkidscorner.com, and we will contact you shortly.

How does Spanish Kids Corner safely test the reading pen?

Our reading pen has been tested and complied with a set of standards. It is CE, RoHS and FCC certified.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

Every shipment would have a tracking number provided to you. If somehow you do not receive your order in 4 weeks, please contact us at info@spanishkidscorner.com.

What should I expect for taxes and duties for international shipping costs?

It depends on the country that it’s shipping to. For Canadian and US costumers, the tax would be different based on their province or state: Different taxes and duties may apply.

How do I report a problem with my pen or books?

We are truly sorry you are experiencing a problem with our product:
If the pen is having an issue, please refer to the Troubleshooting information in the Pen Instructions.

What is the return policy if my product is defective?

If the Reading pen is not working, first refer to the manual for troubleshooting. If none of them helps the pen to function, please email us. We provide a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defect for our reading pen.

If the books are damaged and it due to manufacturing, please email us and our customer service will help you.

How do I download new books?

Each time you purchased new books or other interactive materials, a link will be send to your email with the downloading instructions and link.

Can I give these products as a gift?

Definitely! Please tell us the name and address of the person you would like to give it to and we will deliver it on your behalf.
